Fur-friendly innovation: Middle School students utilized cardboard, craft materials, and laser cutters to improve the lives of animals in a shelter. With projects ranging from robots to apps, students worked towards targeting the needs of pets and prospective pet owners to increase adoption rates and shelter quality.
A classroom reimagined: formerly known as a "Design Hackathon", this design sprint had students innovating under the prompt "Design for a Classroom". Students came up with innovative solutions such as reimagined desk chairs, stationery vending machines, and sensor-based assistive canes.

Bridging design and business for a home: Quicreate collaborated with Peninsula Bridge Priory to host a Design Sprint for 50+ 8th grade students.
Innovating under the prompt "Design for a Home", groups created products for the elderly, new and single parents, children, and people with disabilities. Students learned basic CAD tools and vibe coding in addition to using physical prototyping materials to make their ideas come to life. Each project was accompanied by a business strategy crafted to help the product reach more users and make a deeper impact. The 3-day event was capped off with project presentations and awards.
